Rob Morea - Personal Fitness Trainer
I have a B.S. degree in Exercise Physiology from the University of Delaware, Certifications from the National Academy of Sports Medicine and the National Strength Conditioning Association and trained high-level executives at Cardio-Fitness Corporation and The American Express Corporate Fitness Program.
Along the way, I achieved personal successes as a competitive body builder (Mr. Delaware), an endurance athlete (Category 3 Cyclist, 2 time Ironman Triathlete, 10 time Marathon finisher) and I have developed a private fitness practice with a strong and longstanding clientele.
I view myself as a progressive trainer, someone not satisfied with the status quo. Rather, I am committed to on-going training in the newest approaches to health and fitness with some of the industry's leading edge people including: Paul Chek, Juan Carlos Santana, and Phil Maffetone to name a few.
Testimonials
Lara Modjeski, Art Director, Tom Ford International:
"Rob's knowledge of the industry, the field, and knowledge of the body and not just the exercises is what stands out for me. I've never worked with anybody who is so on top of it. He's very aware of what's going on in the field. He brings newness. It may be something that I totally hate to do, but I know it's good for me. You don't go to a trainer to be lazy. Or I don't. He also builds a relationship with his clients. He's an athlete himself and so he's diligent about technique and form and he practices what he preaches. A lot of trainers are about quick fixes and gimmicks. He appreciates that you're collaborating. Rob is about your health over time. He's in it for the long-term."
